Skills mapping for companies
We offer skills mapping services to companies in the engineering sector, allowing them to map out the skills of their employees. Skills mapping is used to identify the company’s skills shortages, how employees’ skills can be utilised and developed through targeted training and what skillsets the company needs to seek when hiring.
Educational institutions organise personnel training tailored to companies’ needs. The training events are planned based on the employees’ roles and skills to ensure the company’s needs are met. The wide variety of subjects taught by educational institutions are made available for developing employees’ skills.
In recruitment training, we work with educational institutions, companies and TE services to find and train employees. The recruitment process is paired with training aimed at providing the hired employee with the skills their company needs. Recruitment training is a good option for hiring new staff and can be compared to a long job interview.
Our partners take care of finding the best candidates in the target country, testing them in their home country and ensuring all official requirements have been fulfilled. They also play a part in the orientation process. We work with companies to tailor the process of testing candidates in their home country before they come to Finland, with the purpose of ensuring they have the professional skills required and are capable of managing the work. We work closely with organisations such as the City of Tampere to integrate the employees.
