Skills mapping is used to identify the company’s skills shortages, how employees’ skills can be utilised and developed through targeted training and what skillsets the company needs to seek when hiring.
Educational institutions organise personnel training tailored to companies’ needs. The training events are planned based on the employees’ roles and skills to ensure the company’s needs are met. The wide variety of subjects taught by educational institutions are made available for developing employees’ skills.

We work closely with organisations such as the City of Tampere to integrate the employees.
