Engineering Academy – the future is in skilled hands

Finland has a reputation for being a country of innovation – and it is – but innovation alone isn’t enough. Raw materials can only be turned into successful products in the hands of skilled professionals. We have engineering traditions reaching far back, as well as the skills that go with them. These traditions are the basis of our prosperity, which is why they need to be cherished and maintained. The Engineering Academy helps engineering companies find new skilled employees and train their personnel in making success stories happen. We encourage young people to take up interesting careers that lead to fantastic job opportunities and we reshape preconceptions to match the reality of the industry. The future is in skilled hands.
